Based on the DiamondLogos Teachings of Faisal Muqaddam, this method starts with the understanding that our Being is whole and intact at the core.

This approach draws on Ego Psychology including the understanding of the 'Theory of Holes', the map of Essence as taught by A.H. Almaas and the ancient wisdom of the Enneagram.

With the guidance of the therapist, through presence and self-inquiry the client journeys through their intricate inner world retrieving and integrating lost aspects of their essence to enable them to live their lives with the capacity intrinsic to their essential self.
